  3. Place the idly tray in a pre-heated combi-oven on a steam setting 100deg C for 10 minutes
  4. Let the tray stand within the combi-oven for 10 minutes.

Note: The key to soft and fluffy idly is to pre-heat the combi-oven to ensure the idly starts to cook immediately.
