Ingredients

2c. all-purpose flour,1 tsp. baking soda,1/2 tsp. kosher salt, 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted

Butter, melted

1 c. granulated sugar, 1 large egg plus, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 c. sour cream,

1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3 ripe bananas, mashed

How to bake Banana bread:

1. Mash the ripped bananas in a bowl using a fork or mixer.

2. Now mix melted butter, sugar, egg, egg yolk, sour cream and Vanilla in a separate bowl. Blend them well.

3. Now, add mashed bananas to the blended mixture and mix them well again.

4. Now gradually add dry ingredients (i.e, flour, baking soda, and salt) to wet ingredients in the bowl until it becomes moisten.
